Segra to merge with NorthState in a $240m deal.

Segra, a subsidiary of MTN Infrastructure, which provides wireline telecommunication services, is set to merge with NorthState, a fiber-optic network, cloud and IT services and cybersecurity provider, in a $240m deal. “Both NorthState and Segra have great histories of infrastructure, innovation and service.
