APG and TRIG completed the acquisition of Merkur offshore wind farm.

APG , a Dutch pension investor, and The Renewables Infrastructure Group, a large British investment trust, completed the acquisition of Merkur offshore wind farm, from a consortium led by Partners Group, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our investment in this large wind farm Merkur Offshore, on behalf of ABP, fits the core of our strategy. Not only do we expect solid returns, it also marks a major step in the growth of our renewable infrastructure portfolio, providing sustainable energy to hundred thousands of households.
