Real Capital Analytics, a data and analytics firm with offices in New York City, San Jose and London, completed the acquisition of Datscha, a provider of web-based services for information and analysis of commercial real estate in the Swedish, Finnish and British real estate markets, from Stronghold Invest. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Like RCA, Datscha established itself based on the integrity of its data and the high satisfaction levels of its clients.
