Arcosa to acquire Cherry Companies for $298m.

Arcosa, a provider of infrastructure-related products and solutions, agreed to acquire Cherry Companies, a producer of natural and recycled aggregates in the Houston, Texas market, for $298m. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2020. “We are very excited about this acquisition.
