Nomura Holdings, an investment bank completed the acquisition of Greentech Capital Advisors, a boutique investment banking and advisory services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. Post-acquisition, Greentech was rebranded as Nomura Greentech and form part of Nomura’s Americas Investment Banking franchise. “We are excited to complete our acquisition of Greentech, which is the leading M&A advisor in clean energy and energy smart technologies.
