Plains All American Pipeline completed the acquisition of Felix Midstream from Felix Energy for $300m.

Plains All American Pipeline, an operator of midstream energy infrastructure, completed its acquisition of Felix Midstream, an oil gathering business of Felix Energy, a provider of oil and gas services, for $300m. "We executed well on our 2019 goals and key initiatives, capping the year with fourth-quarter and full-year 2019 results that exceeded expectations.
