Riverside completed an investment in HealthTech BioActives.

The Riverside Company, a private equity firm completed an investment in HealthTech BioActives, a manufacturer of active pharmaceutical ingredients. Financial terms were not disclosed. “There is incredible potential in the flavor industry for us.
