NG Bailey completed the acquisition of Schneider Electric’s Substation Engineering Services division.

NG Bailey, independent engineering, IT and facilities services business, completed the acquisition of Schneider Electric’s Substation Engineering Services division, a provider of power engineering and facilities solutions. Financial terms were to disclosed. “Bringing the SES division into the NG Bailey fold provides a natural extension to the range of services we already offer – particularly engineering and maintenance,” David Hurcomb, NG Bailey’s Chief Executive.
