Trip.com, a Chinese online travel agency, completed the acquisition of Travix, a global online travel company, from BCD, a provider of global corporate travel management. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal gave the Chinese travel titan an Amsterdam-based set of brands, including Vayama, Vliegwinkel, and CheapTickets.nl.
