Tech Data to acquire Inflow Technologies.

Tech Data, an American multinational distribution company specializing in IT products and services, offered to acquire Inflow Technologies, a value-added distributer with expertise in areas like cybersecurity and networking. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal was terminated in February 2020. "We respect Inflow’s decision to go in a different direction.
