CoolSys completed the acquisition of Tech Mechanical.

CoolSys, a parent of refrigeration and HVAC services companies nationwide, completed the acquisition of Tech Mechanical, a provider of commercial and industrial heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration services serving Southeast Michigan.
