YieldStreet to acquire WealthFlex.

YieldStreet, the digital wealth management platform, agreed to acquire WealthFlex, a digital IRA platform providing investors with access to private investment opportunities through self-directed IRAs. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our investors wanted a tax-efficient method of investing on YieldStreet, and we listened.
