Triton Partners-backed Unident completed the acquisition of GAMA Dental.

Triton Partners-backed Unident, a Nordic importer and distributor of dental products, completed the acquisition of GAMA Dental, a supplier of dental consumables in Sweden. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is a very exciting acquisition that further strengthens our position in the Swedish market in general, and in dental consumables in particular. GAMA is a well run family business that complements and strengthens Unident's offer. Through the acquisition, we bring an even better offering to our customers," Robert Dackeskog, Unident CEO.
