Interconnector Energy Italia completed the acquisition of Monita Interconnector from Terna Group for €240m.

Interconnector Energy Italia, a syndicate which gathers “energy-intensive” private companies, completed the acquisition of Monita Interconnector, electrical power transmission company, from Terna Group for €240m. Moreover, Terna Group signed agreements with Interconnector Energy Italia for the construction and operation of the private portion of the DC interconnection between Italy and Montenegro.
