Five V Capital, an Australian investment firm, completed the acquisition of Zenith Investment Partners, which main business is partnering with financial advice practices to provide them with research that they can then use to guide their clients. Financial terms were not disclosed. The investment from Five V Capital provides us with the additional resources, executive talent, experience and access to broader market opportunities that will support us to further strengthen our capabilities and expand our market-leading services to our clients and team.
