Brockhaus Capital completed the acquisition of IHSE Group from Brockhaus PE for $158m.

Brockhaus Capital Management, a technology-focused private equity firm, completed the acquisition of IHSE Group, a software developer, from Brockhaus PE, a private equity firm, for $158m.
