First State Investments completed the acquisition of Martifer Renovables from Martifer for €23m.

First State Investments completed the acquisition of Martifer Renovables, which owns six Spanish solar photovoltaic farms, from Martifer for €23m. This sale is part of the Martifer's asset rotation, value adding, debt reduction and equity strengthening strategy.
