Mentha Capital, an independent investment firm, completed the acquisition of the majority stakes and merged with paraDIGMA Group and BlijWerkt, two service providers that operate in the field of sustainable employability and provide employment to over 400 employees, from Gilde Healthcare, a healthcare investment company. The transaction is subject to the approval of the Dutch Healthcare Authority.
