Bee Up-backed Cyllene, a provider of IT services, specializing in infrastructure, hosting, outsourcing and covering the full spectrum of customer needs in terms of consulting, completed the acquisition of Alpix Management, a provider fo IT consulting. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Cyllene is expanding in the Grand Est region and thus strengthening its regional positions in its historical businesses, Cloud Computing, Modern Workplace and Digital, with a strong ambition for development. We are now working on the integration of the Alpix teams within the Cyllene group and on the next acquisitions planned before spring," Olivier Poelaert, Cyllene Group President.
