VINCI Energies completed the acquisition of Dansk Sprinkler Teknik.

VINCI Energies, an accelerator of energy transition and digital transformation, completed the acquisition of Dansk Sprinkler Teknik, a full-service provider of fire security solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very delighted about this growth to our Fire Protection Group. Dansk Sprinkler Teknik will allow us to expand our activities in Denmark and strengthen our leading position on the market," Stefan Falk, VINCI Energies Managing Director.
