Allvotec completed the acquisition of ISG Technology from WestBridge.

Allvotec, a provider of end-to-end technology and communications services and solutions for major services businesses, completed the acquisition of ISG Technology, a provider of services for the design, deployment and management of enterprise network connectivity, from WestBridge, an independent private equity house.
