SFW Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Micromeritics Instrument.

SFW Capital Partners, a specialized private equity firm that invests in providers of analytical instrumentation, software, and related solutions, completed the acquisition of Micromeritics Instrument, a supplier of high-performance systems to characterize particles, powders, and porous materials with a focus on physical properties, chemical activity, and flow properties.
