Zschimmer & Schwarz completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in Samia.

Zschimmer & Schwarz, which produces chemical products, completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in Samia, a global leading producer of pigment pastes, dyes, resins, auxiliaries. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The product portfolio of Samia S.p.A. is an excellent addition to our Leather Auxiliaries Division and we are pleased to further strengthen the position of Zschimmer & Schwarz in the global market for leather auxiliaries.
