Schroder Aida completed the acquisition of a 44% stake in Autobahnplus A8 from InfraVia and Egis for $44m.

Schroder Aida, a regulated Alternative Investment Fund Manager company of Schroders specialised in infrastructure finance, completed the acquisition of a 44% stake in Autobahnplus A8, the concession holder of the A8 motorway in Germany, from InfraVia, an investment company, and Egis, a private equity firm, for $44m. The A8 motorway is a key segment of the trans-European road network and provides an east-west link between Bad Reichenhall on the German-Austrian border and Karlsruhe in West Germany, and connects the major cities of Munich, Augsburg, Ulm and Stuttgart.
