The Carlyle Group completed the acquisition of Dept from from Waterland.

The Carlyle Group, an American multinational private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Dept, an independent digital agency based in Amsterdam, from from Waterland Private Equity. Financial terms were not disclosed.
