Family Trust Beteiligungsholding, a private equity fund, completed the acquisition of Dietsch Polstermöbel, a fully integrated manufacturer of upholstered furniture in Germany. Financial terms were not disclosed. Dietsch, located in Schmalkalden (Thuringia), is a well-established German manufacturer of upholstered furniture that offers high-quality products for the furniture retail industry. The company covers the whole value chain from the design of its products to final upholstery. Members of the founding family will continue to hold important operational positions.
