PSG-backed MAPAL Software to acquire Flow Hospitality Training.

Providence Strategic Growth-backed MAPAL Software, a developer and supplier of workforce management and business analytics software, agreed to acquire Flow Hospitality Training, a provider of learning management system. Financial terms were not disclosed.
