Peninsular Capital Management completed the acquisition of Mecalectro.

Peninsular Capital Management, an investment management company, completed the acquisition of Mecalectro, a provider of the electromagnetic solution, from BNP Paribas Developpement and Ciclad, two investment funds. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this transaction, Peninsular Capital is joining an ambitious project led by Mr. Jean-Pierre Demaria, who has been with the company for some thirty years and who will take over the chairmanship of the group, and Messrs Cédric Courtaud and Lyonel Samson. Mecalectro aims in particular to strengthen its technological expertise and its position as a key player in the value chain of many high-tech industries in France and Europe.
