Argos Wityu-backed Fabbri Vignola, an international industrial company, completed the acquisition of CAVECO, an industrial equipment and machinery provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition constitutes a natural extension of our group's business perimeter, further strengthening us in the strategic segment of heat-sealing machines and packaging lines. We will pool mutual experiences and skills, making the most of the business and the solutions acquired, continuing to invest in the evolution of our products and in the development of the market," Stefano Mele, Fabbri CEO.
