Terminal Link to acquire 10 port terminals from CMA CGM for up to $955m.

Terminal Link, a container terminal operator, agreed to acquire 10 port terminals from CMA CGM, a French container transportation and shipping company, for up to $955m. The initial closing in respect of the 8 out of 10 terminals took place on March 26, 2020 after obtaining the relevant antitrust clearances and completion of the pre-closing reorganisation. The completion of the remaining 2 terminals is expected take place before July 31, 2020.
