capiton, a private equity investment firm, agreed to acquire Dietrich Engineering Consultants Group, a global provider of contained powder handling systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. In order to fully implement the firm’s ambitious organic and inorganic growth plan the Dietrich family were looking for a partner with significant expertise in working with founder-led firms.
