Voith Group, a global technology company, completed the acquisition of ELIN Motoren, a manufacturer of electric motors and generators, and Toscotec, a manufacturer of tissue paper machines. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The portfolio of ELIN Motoren is an outstanding addition to the existing industrial-drive solutions.
