Sykes Seafood completed the acquisition of Klaas Puul from Dutch Seafood Company.

Sykes Seafood, a UK-based fresh and frozen seafood supplier, completed the acquisition of Klaas Puul the shrimp division of Dutch Seafood Company, a seafood wholesaler. Financial terms were not disclosed. As a result of the deal, the combined companies will offer customers expertise in all species of shrimp with a wide range of products in chilled and frozen formats for the retail, food service and manufacturing sectors.
