Accent Equity, an investment advisory firm, completed the acquisition of Lunawood, a manufacturer of wood products, from funds managed by CapMan, a private equity firm, and a number of minority shareholders. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very pleased to get Accent Equity as the new majority owner of Lunawood.
