Coffee Address Holding to acquire SIA Kafe Service.

Coffee Address Holding, a food ingredients, agreed to acquire SIA Kafe Service, a Latvian vending machine provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Latvia has a rapidly developing coffee service market. The same can be said about vending and with this transaction we will be able to better use opportunities provided by the current market situation. Joining forces with Kafe-Serviss team will enable us to create considerably better product and service offering for our existing and future customers in Latvian market,” Viktorija Meiksane, Coffee Address Board Chairwoman.
