Sotel completed the acquisition of Brink’s Teleservices.

Sotel Groupe, a provider of solution in security training and remote surveillance, security and video surveillance services, completed the acquisition of Brink’s Teleservices, a provider of fiduciary engineering services. Financial terms were not disclosed. With these operation, Brink's strengthens its presence in the Toulouse region and continues its strategy of refocusing on its core business.
