Deutsche Beteiligungs to acquire Iska Schön.

Private equity firm Deutsche Beteiligungs agreed to acquire Iska Schön, a Germany-based civil engineering services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. Employing approximately 200 employees, the target company is active in civil engineering projects ranging from the construction of underground cable network infrastructure, sewage construction as well as hydraulic, and pipeline construction.
