Synopsis

Orpea, a healthcare services provider, completed the acquisition of TLC Group, a nursing home operator, for $179m. With 21k beds in TLC, the growth pipeline of beds under construction was up 20% over 12 months. This will allow the Orpea to guarantee a secure, sustainable and strong organic growth for the next five years.
