Darling Ingredients, an animal food manufacturing company, completed the acquisition of a remaining 50% stake in EnviroFlight, an animal and plant nutrient product manufacturer, from Intrexon, a biotechnology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We look forward to working more closely with Darling Ingredients to realize the considerable promise of insect bioconversion to offer solutions that meet this goal," Liz Koutsos, EnviroFlight President.
