Lesjöfors, an international full-range supplier of standard springs, completed its acquisition of Metrol Springs, a manufacturer of tooling gas springs, special purpose gas springs, and gas struts. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With its main business areas being gas springs and gas struts, Metrol will broaden the Lesjöfors Group’s offering for both existing and new customers.
