Anex Tourism Group to acquire Neckermann Reizen from Thomas Cook Group.

Anex Tourism Group, a Turkish tourism group, agreed to acquire Neckermann Reizen, a travel company, from Thomas Cook Group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
