H.I.G. Capital-backed Circle Graphics, a producer of grand and large-format digital graphics, completed the acquisition of Metromedia Technologies, a provider of grand format visual solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to combine such an iconic company as MMT into our operations.
