Mason Wells completed the acquisition of SWAT Group.

Mason Wells, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of SWAT Group, a provider of radon mitigation system. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are incredibly pleased with the level of professionalism that the SDR team was able to bring to our process.
