Kamstrup completed the acquisition of Blue Control.

Kamstrup, an industrial measurement and sensing equipment provider, completed the acquisition of Blue Control, a software deveoper. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The new ownership of Blue Control will not change the company's current form and will therefore not entail changes for your cooperation with us. This means that you will meet the same people and have the same contact person that you have today. We will also keep our name Blue Control," Gert Vesterlund, Blue Control CEO.
