Thomas H. Lee, Cannae completed the $1bn investment in AmeriLife.

Private equity firms Thomas H. Lee Partners, Cannae Holdings and JC Flowers completed the $1bn investment in AmeriLife, a distributor of life, health, and retirement solutions. THL acquired a majority stake from JC Flowers. "THL has a strong track record of partnering with management to add long-term, sustainable value to great companies like AmeriLife.
