Vortex Capital Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Assai Software Services

Vortex Capital Partners, a Dutch private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Assai Software Services, a software developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Combining our forces with Vortex enables us to implement our ambitious growth plans with more power. In addition, Vortex’s wealth of experience and expertise in technology-driven businesses, will support us to expand internationally.
