Inflexion Private Equity-backed European LifeCare completed the acquisition of CityDoc.

Inflexion Private Equity-backed European LifeCare, an independent provider of travel clinics and public vaccination programmes, completed the acquisition of CityDoc, a UK-based network of health clinics, specialising in the provision of travel medicine and vaccinations. “CityDoc is strategically very important for us as it adds three flagship clinics in London in complementary locations to ELCG’s existing London Travel Clinic portfolio. As such, the combined business will offer excellent London and the Southeast travel health coverage. CityDoc also brings an established sexual health screening service and a nationwide pharmacy vaccination franchise which we are looking to expand," Inflexion.
