Halifax, a private equity firm, completed a majority investment in TriMech, a provider of computer-aided design and engineering software, of McCarthy Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. TriMech's founder, Steve Pelham, and the company's management team will continue to lead the company after the transaction.
