Axium Infrastructure completed the acquisition of Wind Energy Transmission Texas from Brookfield Asset Management and Public Sector Pension Investment Board.

Axium Infrastructure, an investment company, completed the acquisition of Wind Energy Transmission Texas, a provider of renewable energy services, from Brookfield Asset Management, an alternative asset management company, and Public Sector Pension Investment Board, a pension investment manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Axium is proud to be acquiring WETT and is committed to the long-term safe, reliable operation and continued development of this important West Texas electric transmission system. WETT’s West Texas facilities are part of an important state-wide program to grow and deliver clean, renewable power throughout Texas," Thierry Vandal, Axium Infrastructure President.
