BMVirolle, a provider of transportation and logistics services, completed the acquisition of barth Logistikgruppe, a provider of forwarding, transport logistics and warehousing in Southwestern Germany, from two managing partners Berthold and Peter-Johannes Barth. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In terms of management style, corporate culture and strategic orientation, both companies are an excellent match.
