BMVirolle completed the acquisition of barth Logistikgruppe from private investors.

BMVirolle, a provider of transportation and logistics services, completed the acquisition of barth Logistikgruppe, a provider of forwarding, transport logistics and warehousing in Southwestern Germany, from two managing partners Berthold and Peter-Johannes Barth. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In terms of management style, corporate culture and strategic orientation, both companies are an excellent match. The new alliance will give barth Logistikgruppe better access to the French, Spanish and Portuguese markets, while BMVirolle will benefit from the Germany-wide network of barth Logistikgruppe," Berthold Barth, barth Logistikgruppe Managing Shareholder.
